Azerbaijan reported the completion of 25 backbone communication lines in Karabakh on 19 October, supporting the continued expansion of regional telecommunications infrastructure. Technology providers are pursuing contracts worth $23,500 to supply network equipment, improve connectivity monitoring, integrate business systems and upgrade enterprise communications.
